Alumni,
During a series of Strategic planning meetings a steering committee for the architectural alumni at SPSU was formed. Part of our mission is to foster connections between the school and the profession. I would like to do this by inviting you to participate in some of our Alumni sponsored programs.

Night Crits: This program brings in professionals from related fields to critique student work. This is an informal event and we meet on alternating Wednesday nights to offer desk critiques to architecture students. We meet from 7PM-9PM at the architecture building of Southern Poly.

Jury Pool: This program invites professionals to sit on a panel at mid terms and final presentations. 

If you are interested in these programs I would be happy to give you more information or add you to our growing list of involved Alumni.

We are also starting of database of Alumni that we plan to use to keep everyone informed of upcoming events. Please spread the word along and contact me to be put into our database for the upcoming newsletter and more information about the Alumni website.

The Advisory Board is composed of architects, intern architects, professionals in fields related to architecture, alumni and friends of the University who have shown an interest in supporting the Architecture Program. Appointments to the Advisory Board will be made by the Architecture Department Chair and approved by the Dean of the School of Architecture, Civil Engineering Technology, and Construction. Advisors will serve for a two-year term beginning with the Fall Semester of the Academic Year. The Advisory Board will meet once each semester and at other times designated by the Architecture Department Chair.
